Ground floor: Living room 15 sqm and with TV. Kitchen 8 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each 12 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom 7 sqm and with bathtub, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna and satellite.


Location
Malinska. The holiday home is located on a 150 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early April to early November, 3 m x 8 m, 1.5 m deep).
