Villa Katarina in Mrkoči - Haus für 8-10 Personen

House for 8-10 persons: approx. 165 m2, on two floors. Comfortably furnished, the ground floor features an open-plan living/dining area with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and direct access to the covered terrace overlooking the pool. The living room includes two sofas (each 120 x 190 cm), which can serve as sleeping accommodations for one person each. Additionally, there is a room with fitness equipment, foosball and darts – perfect for sports and entertainment, as well as a separate WC with a washing machine. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where four bedrooms are situated – three with double beds and one with two single beds (90 x 200 cm and 140 x 200 cm). The upper floor also includes three bathrooms with shower and one bathroom with bathtub.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Further details:

Wi-Fi is available free of charge. In the garden there is a swing, a seesaw and a climbing frame, and opposite the house there is a trampoline and a slide, as well as free parking up to 3 cars. You may also purchase olive oil produced by your hosts upon request. The final 200 meters to the house are via an unpaved road.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 1.
