NEW: "Haus Anja" holiday home at Sonnenlandpark—completely renovated with air conditioning, a terrace, a parking space, and a large garden! Welcome to Lichtenau, right next to Chemnitz, the European Capital of Culture 2025. Our new, centrally located holiday home, near Sonnenlandpark, can accommodate up to 5 people plus a baby cot. On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-concept kitchen/living area with a fireplace and air conditioning, as well as access to the large garden with a furnished terrace and grill. A fire pit invites you to enjoy cosy marshmallow evenings. You’ll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen. We’re happy to provide a cot, baby bathtub, potty, and high chair. The bedrooms (upper floor) feature blackout curtains and air conditioning. The large, modern bathroom is also located on the upper floor. Parking is available right in the driveway leading to the holiday home. Bicycles and a handcart—which you can use to walk to places like Sonnenlandpark—are available free of charge. (except for electric bikes: 10 €/day/bike) Free Wi-Fi is available in the house and garden. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The holiday home is centrally located in Lichtenau between Leipzig, Dresden, and Chemnitz at the foot of the Ore Mountains.
