Dieses Apt. liegt nach Norden / Hintenraus

Dieses Apt. liegt nach Norden / Hintenraus. Das hat den Vorteil gegenüber den nach vorne liegenden Wohnungen, dass man einen kleinen Ausschnitt vom Meer sehen und das Wellenrauschen hören kann. Ferner ist es ruhiger - kein Straßenverkehr. Man schaut von der Loggia aus in gegenüberliegende große Gärten neugebauter kleiner Friesenhäuser und nicht auf die Straße. Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht modern eingerichtet, aber gemütlich und sehr sauber. Im Haus war es trotz fast voller Belegung angenehm ruhig. Die Lage ist optimal: 2 Häuser weiter ist der Dünendurchgang zum Strand - der Vermieterservice Holger Klein sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit (das Bett war bei Ankunft bereits bezogen)

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen. Sie verfügt allerdings nicht über einen Geschirrspüler und auch nicht über eine Mikrowelle. Ferner gehört auch kein eigener Parkplatz zur Wohnung, so dass wenn der Wohnkomplex (66 Wohnein-heiten) gut ausgebucht ist, steht schon mal kein Parkplatz weder von noch hinter dem Haus zur Verfügung. Ferner fehlt die Angabe, dass die Wohnung Richtung Norden liegt und sich auf dem Balkon kein Sonnenschein verrirrt. Es fehlten die Sitzkissen für die recht verwitterten Stühle auf dem Balkon.
