Located in the heart of Carolinensiel, just a stone’s throw from the historic harbour, a lovingly designed temporary home awaits you. Here you can take a deep breath, slow down, and consciously savour every moment.

Spanning 50 m², the apartment offers everything up to 4 guests need for a relaxing holiday:

The light-filled living room with its warm wood accents immediately makes you feel at home. On the cosy sofas, you can lose yourself in a good book, enjoy an exciting film, or simply unwind.

The adjacent dining area quickly becomes the heart of the home—perfect for shared breakfasts, long game nights, or winding down after a wonderful day on holiday.

The open kitchen combines functionality with a sense of togetherness: here you can cook, laugh, and leave the stresses of daily life behind, while the open floor plan creates a warm and intimate atmosphere.

In the master bedroom, a large double bed (180x200 single mattresses) ensures restful nights. Soft colours, natural materials, and thoughtful details create a sense of comfort and tranquility. The second bedroom, with two single beds, is ideal for children or friends—a place where everyone feels welcome.

The natural-light-filled bathroom is bright, welcoming, and functional—here, every morning begins refreshingly and every evening ends in relaxation.

A special highlight is the sunny south-facing balcony: a sheltered, peaceful spot with a view of the greenery. Whether with a cup of tea in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset—here you can let go, daydream, and simply be.

For your comfort, the home features exterior shutters, a private parking space right in front of the house, and a convenient storage room for bicycles.

Wi-Fi is a complimentary service and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the holiday rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be rare instances when Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You will need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, and, in addition, for each holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked), 1 shower mat (per bathroom), and 2 tea towels.

The municipal guest tax is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax depends on the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
