Rehfelde is a small town east of Berlin on the edge of Märkische Schweiz. Märkische Schweiz surprises visitors with its small mountains, lakes, and gorges. The nature park, which spans 205 km in Märkische Schweiz, is the smallest in the state of Brandenburg. Rehfelde has many attractions to offer. The European hiking trails R1 and ZR1 pass through Rehfelde. Here, you can hike a section of the Way of St. James, and if you enjoy singing, the only German-Polish song trail will take you through our community. Five local hiking trails guide our guests to the three rock-hewn churches in our areas. You can also visit the only rock-hewn pyramid in Germany in our neighbouring town of Garzau.
Curious about our town? A trip to Berlin is also well worth it. Berlin is always an experience for all holidaymakers, with the TV Tower, the Friedrichstadtpalast, many theatres and museums, the Brandenburg Gate, the zoo and wildlife parks, as well as the Victory Column—to name just a few. This year, too, Berlin’s Christmas markets—just a 25-minute ride on the RB 26 from Alexanderplatz—are sure to entice visitors. In Berlin’s Wuhlheide area, the FEZ awaits its young visitors—a must-see for anyone visiting Berlin.
The holiday rental is located in a lovingly restored brick building, which the DR Railway constructed around 1890 along the Ostbahn. It is modernly furnished, cosy, and equipped with everything you need for your stay. You can celebrate with friends in a cosy basement bar, and a grill and fire pit in the garden create a cosy atmosphere. One reserved parking space per apartment is available to you (fits vehicles up to the size of a Volkswagen T4).
Our building features five holiday apartments, as well as a basement bar that accommodates about 26 people and two pilgrim rooms. An open area with a grill, a playground, and a fire pit invite you to linger. Your pets are also welcome here. After a strenuous hike, you can relax in the garden. In winter, snow removal services in these areas are limited; guests use the parking spaces at their own risk.
Getting here is up to you.
