Casa Rosanna is a lovely accommodation just 200 m away from the white sandy beach of Santa Margherita.
The property is immersed in the Mediterranean vegetation and includes a veranda with a lounge and dining area, a small private garden equipped with barbecue and hot water shower. The beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot, where there is a bar during the Summer months.
Within the Calaverde community you will find an area reserved for children, a table tennis table, two tennis courts, private parking and a communal swimming pool open in July and August (entrance fee).
Only a few kilometers away are located the most beautiful beaches of Chia and of the Southern coast of Sardinia.
Tourist tax for adults and children over 12: €0.80 per person per night.
