In the centre of Rosolina Mare, in the residential district, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 500 m from the sea, 450 m from the beach, located by a road. In the house: lift. Parking at the house, public parking on the road. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach 450 m. Please note: car recommended.
2-room apartment 40 m2 on 3rd floor. Bright, simple and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, boiler (50 litres). No heating option. Small balcony. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot (extra).
