Unwind, breathe in the fresh North Sea air, and enjoy a magnificent view—that’s what a holiday at the “Holiday Residenz II” is all about. From our “Holiday Apartment 51” with two balconies, you’ll have a view of Borkum’s beautiful natural landscape, stretching from the horse paddocks all the way to the New Lighthouse. Here, you can enjoy the warm North Sea sun until evening!

The apartment is approximately 50 m² and consists of a spacious living room with an open kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a hallway with a coat closet, and a storage room.

The cosy living room, complete with a couch, TV, and a small stereo system, is the perfect place to unwind after a bike ride or a day at the beach. You can enjoy shared meals and fun game nights at the dining table.

You can quickly and easily prepare your holiday breakfast, snacks for the beach, or delicious meals in the built-in kitchenette. Among other things, the kitchenette features a 4-burner stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 m x 1.80 m) and a wardrobe. For two additional guests, the couch in the living room can be converted into a sleeper sofa (2 m x 1.40 m).

A high chair is included as part of the standard furnishings; you are welcome to request a cot (€15 rental fee).

Free Wi-Fi is available at no additional cost.

For your entertainment, there is a ping-pong table in the house.

General Information: There are free parking spaces in front of the house, and a designated area for bicycles. A washing machine is available in the house, and a dryer is in the neighbouring house (both for shared use). A clothes rack and a vacuum cleaner are also provided. Pets are not allowed; we appreciate your understanding!

Enjoy the best time of the year on the island of Borkum—with refreshing North Sea air, the glistening waves, and 100% relaxation! The “Holiday Residenz II” offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.

The holiday apartments are located in the “Holiday Residenz II” residential complex. It’s centrally located on Richthofenstraße, yet quiet and not right in the heart of town. In the town centre itself (800 m away), small shops, cafés, and restaurants invite you to take a leisurely stroll. After 1.5 km (a 6-minute bike ride), you’ll reach the beautiful sandy beach and the promenade. From the complex, you can take relaxing walks and bike rides through Borkum’s natural surroundings.

From the ferry, the narrow-gauge train runs all the way to the town centre. From there, the apartments are still about 950 m away. Upon your arrival, taxis are available to take you and your luggage to your holiday rental. The complex is easily accessible by car and offers parking spaces for cars and bicycles right in front of the building.

In front of the complex is the Nabrotzky Island Bakery—perfect for fresh breakfast rolls.
