If you are looking for a reset, relaxation, peace, nature beauty, vintage cottage with everything you need, walking, fishing and other local trips - this is the place for you! There is a huge deck on the back of the house that opens up to an amazing marsh. You can catch the sunrise, the sunsets, and all the marsh birds and animals. If sitting outside is not for you, every bedroom and living room has huge windows and doors and you can see all the beauty from within. We absolutely loved Broadview. Lilly our mini-poo loved it too! We will definitely return!! Thank you for sharing your magical cottage on the marsh with us!

Broadview Cottage is like home away from home. It’s peaceful and a perfect place to recharge. Day trips to Beaufort are a lot of fun but we really look forward to our lazy evenings back at the cottage. Already looking forward to coming back next year!

Peaceful Lowcountry Paradise

We really enjoyed our stay at this tranquil lowcountry cottage. The wide open deck with swing and views of the marsh were so beautiful and relaxing. In fact, we spent most of our stay on the deck. The hosts were very quick to respond to all of our questions and the cottage was well-stocked with everything you could need to stay in for awhile. Wonderful and relaxing getaway.

This has become our favorite place to unplug and relax. We spend most of our time the back porch looking out at the marsh. It's close enough to the things you need, but far enough to feel removed from it all.

We enjoyed our visit to Broadview. Wonderful porch with a swing to enjoy the amazing ever changing views. We found the cottage clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The location is perfect for day trips to several of the low country towns and beaches. We hope we can return again. April is a great host

Peace & Quiet

We had a wonderful time taking in the tranquil view from the room of the low lands and water. The neighborhood was clean and will kept and off the beaten path. The location was perfectly central to Savannah and Beaufort. The two separated bedrooms with full baths attached works wonderful for our stay. We will be back to this gem!

Cotage In The Low Country

Cottage was as advertised. It worked well for the base point for visiting the area like Beaufort, Hilton Head and Hunting Island. Enjoyed the Southern food and sea food during the week. Had great weather and restful vacation.

Our home away from home for a month!

Cozy, comfy and charming. Beautiful views of the marsh, changing with the tides. Nice community of cottages in a rural setting. Convenient to Beaufort, Port Royal, St. Helena Island, Parris Island, Bluffton, Hilton Head, Savannah and Edisto Island. Beautifully stocked kitchen with everything we needed and more! Wonderful host!

Nice stop over from long travel day

Nice stop over from long travel day! As seniors making our way down to Florida for a couple of weeks, we knew we wanted to take time out from the long drive and appreciate some of the marsh and coastal areas. This is a quaint cottage that makes one feel like they’re going to grandmas house! Very comfortable furniture. Very quiet community. We would definitely stop here again for a couple of days.

Out of the city and into nature.

Well maintained property right on the marsh. Was nice to get away for the weekend. You're about 30 mins to the downtown areas of Beaufort or Bluffton so you're close but also far enough away that you don't have the crowds. We had a lot of fun fishing the neighborhood pond.

Home Sweet Home

Broadview is such an appropriate name for the cottage. Such amazing views of the marsh and Broad River. It always feels so comfortable and welcoming. After staying as many times as possible since 2016, it truly is our home away from home. Relaxing, peaceful and beautiful are just a few words to describe this awesome place. April and Jody are always available for questions or a quick chat. Just a wonderful place!

Sweet Marshfront Cottage

Every detail about our stay was wonderful. We stayed for the entire month of June as our home was undergoing renovations. This sweet cottage was a great home away from home. It was cozy and comfortable.The views were stunning. The neighborhood of Palm Key was quiet and tranquil which was exactly what we wanted. We brought our dog and were so impressed by how dog friendly this cottage was. April and Jody, the property owners were so wonderful to work with and we are so grateful they shared their home with us.
