Die Wohnung lag sehr zentral, war sauber und gmĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Der Stellplatz war sehr hilfreich und gut zu erreichen. Lediglich das Kochen fĂŒr vier Personen war etwas herausfordernd. Ein paar GlĂ€ser, Teller und Töpfe mehr wĂ€ren schön gewesen.Auch ein, zwei Tabs fĂŒr die SpĂŒlmaschine. Ansonsten hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert, der Check-In funktionierte per SchlĂŒsselsafe. Den Parkplatz hatten wir dazu gemietet, (sehr zu empfehlen). Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentrumsnah, jedoch ist die Straße vor der TĂŒr durchaus belebt, bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist davon jedoch nichts zu hören. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Betten o.k.Leider waren wir jedoch von der Ausstattung der Wohnung enttĂ€uscht, da wir nach den vorangegangenen Bewertungen „Außergewöhnliches“ erwartet hatten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung und der KĂŒche ist zur Zeit unserer Meinung nach nur gewöhnlich. So steht nur in einem Schlafzimmer ein Kleiderschrank, im anderen gibt es keine Möglichkeit seine Kleidung unterzubringen, noch nicht mal einen Stuhl als Ablage. Auf dem Sofa finden nur zwei Personen Platz, so dass es auch hier mit vier Personen nicht so richtig gemĂŒtlich wĂ€re. Die Beleuchtung in der Wohnung war eher schummerig, zwei Lampen funktionierten nicht. Die KĂŒchenausstattung ist sehr einfach und bekĂ€me von uns zur Zeit nur fĂŒnf von zehn Sternen. So war z.B. keine Mikrowelle da und es fehlten auch einige Dinge, die wir zur Grundausstattung zĂ€hlen, von außergewöhnlichen Dingen wie z.B. Eierbecher oder SektglĂ€ser ganz zu schweigen. Dem Vermieter haben wir unsere WĂŒnsche und Ideen fĂŒr eine besseren Ausstattung mitgeteilt, worauf er offen reagiert hat. Vielleicht hat die Wohnung zu einem spĂ€teren Zeitpunkt die zehn Sterne tatsĂ€chlich verdient.

Wir habe zu dritt ein Wochenende in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Der Kontakt zu unserem Vermieter Markus war sehr freundlich und ich bekam jedes Mal sehr schnell eine Antwort auf meine Fragen. Das Einquecken ging problemlos und wir durften sogar etwas frĂŒher einziehen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, die Parkmöglichkeit befindet sich zwar nicht direkt am Haus, ist aber auf sehr kurzem Weg erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sind bequem und die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und können einen Aufenthalt dort wĂ€rmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank fĂŒr alles, Markus.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage
