Well-maintained residential complex, built in 1998, with 34 residential units, located in a central yet quiet area just 80 metres from the sea and a fine sandy beach! The four floors are easily accessible by lift, and an underground car park is also available. The maximum clearance height at the entrance is 2 metres. Designated spaces for bicycles are available in the underground car park.

Charming, sunny 2-room apartment, 36 square metres, in a country-style design with a balcony and ocean view! Pure relaxation! The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet and has a window. The cosy bedroom features two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a nightstand, and a closet. The open-concept kitchen features brand-name appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, range hood with recirculation, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.

Maximum 2 guests; no smoking and no pets.



Check-in is possible from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
