Die Anlage ist sehr gut gelegen. Ein Bäcker ist im Nachbargebäude und der Edeka ist 3 Minuten Fusweg entfernt. Ins Zentrum sind es 5 Minuten und zum Strand sind es 10 Miunten Fussweg. Die Apartmentverwaltung ist sehr zuvorkommend.

Die Lage der Apartmentanlage ist super. 5 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum.Der Bäcker ist im Nebengebäude. Allerdings ist das Postzustellzentrum auch direkt neben an. Morgens wird’s halt früh laut. Es gibt leider etwas zu wenig Unterstellraum für Fahrräder. In der heutigen Zeit muss man dann leider damit rechnen, das anderen es irgendwie immer egal ist, was mit Eigentum anderer passiert, Hauptsache man ist selber immer ganz vorne. Aber da kann die Anlagenverwaltung nichts für. Unser Apartment roch beim Einzug etwas unangenehm, der Sache konnte aber mit Raumspray Herr geworden werden. Im Apartment fehlte leider ein Backofen. Aber das war eher ein rudimentäres Problem, hat ja auch nicht in der Beschreibung gestanden. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden und die Verwaltung hilft schnell und unkompliziert.
