About this property

Saltwater Therapy.

Our fully furnished Flagler Beach condo is centrally located right downtown. Full kitchen and bath renovation completed July 2024. You can see and hear the ocean from the front door and its a quick 20 second walk to one of the most unique beaches in the state. This is a ground level access, one bedroom condo with a fold out couch and we have a single mattress that can be placed on the floor. Sleeps up to 4 adults, plus one on the single mattress. Conveniently located behind the new Tortugas restaurant in the Mayo Condominium building. LBTR# 28785

Very cozy, comfortable condo. Very nicely decorated too. Super convenient location! About a one minute walk to the beach and a short walk to many restaurants. There were even beach chairs, an umbrella, and a boogie board, which was great! We LOVED it here and definitely plan to come back.

In the middle of it all!

My husband and daughter and I stayed here and it was perfect for us. Plenty of space and in a convenient location. It’s in walking distance of everything - beach, shops, restaurants and a gas station.

Great location, just steps from the beach. Close to everything, we walked everywhere and never moved our car. From a variety of restaurants and beachfront bars, to the Saturday Farmers' Market, to the many artesian and specialty shops there is something for everyone. Listing photos are accurate, and there is plenty of room for two or three guests. Host made check-in very simple, and accommodated our requests. For a restful, relaxing stay at the beach this is our new favorite spot! We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Sweet weekend!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay while in town for my father-in-law's funeral. It was a sad reason to be in town but it was nice to have this pleasant place waiting for us. Though we didn't spend a lot of time at the apartment it had everything we needed.

Great Location

It was just what we where looking for and just what we needed. Best kept secret in town. Seems like seconds to the beach and restaurants. We will visit again. Great communication from the owners. It was a seamless process.

I don't like hurricanes

My stay was wonderful, but cut very much short by my decision to head north in light of hurricane Milton. (it was a much shorter stay than planned and contracted for)

My husband grew up in this area. This is our home away from home. We love spending weekends here relaxing on the beach, having coffee at the pier, and be walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Its perfect. I hope you enjoy your stay.

What makes this property unique

Less than one block from the beach.
One designated parking spot plus a visitor spot and street parking. Please park in #8 spot which is adjacent to the mailboxes. I switched parking spots with another resident due to his handicap.
