Wir bekamen erst am späten Nachmittag vor dem Anreisetag die Checkin-Infos, obwohl wir in der Woche vor der Anreise den Vermieter drei Mal schriftlich kontaktiert haben und um kurzfristige Klärung/Rüchinfo baten.Wir wurden nicht darüber informiert, dass der Zylinder der Hauseingabgstür defekt war. Der Schnapper war auf "auf" gestellt. Somlt, falls jemand den Türschnapper auf "zu" stellt, wir nicht mehr ins Haus gekommen wären.Des Weiteren wurde groß mit NETFLIX geworben, was nicht funktionierte. Es funktionierten auch typischen TV-Programme wie z. B. Sat1, Pro7,RTL, ...,wie z.B. über Kabel oder Satelit.Dieses haben wir alles selber herausfinden müssen, das uns sehr geärgert und uns unnötig kostbare Zeit gekostet hat.In der Küche waren nur drei Messer und Gabeln und keine Schere vorhanden.
