"Tor zum Meer" is a new-construction project comprising a total of 25 residential units on the outskirts of the Oberland, offering views of the
North Sea and the lush Oberland. All apartments feature either a rooftop terrace, balcony, or patio, high-quality furnishings, underfloor heating, and a controlled ventilation system. Twenty apartments are available for rent as holiday rentals. The Klippenrandweg trail and the Heligoland Bird Observatory are right next door.
