Beautiful, modern Scandinavian summer house with garden, close to the beach and in a quiet location. Rental from May to October

The wooden holiday home measures 85 m² and features a living room with an open kitchen, as well as a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a bedroom on the upper floor with a double bed (140x200 cm). The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.
The living room has a fireplace; there are also infrared heaters. A TV and radio are available in the living room. The entire house has hardwood floors.
The bathroom features a shower and a bathtub. Outside, there is a patio with a seating area and a garden with approximately 200 m² of lawn. The parking space is located right next to the house. Enjoy the close proximity to the beach and the mystical Ghost Forest—a paradise for walks, photography, and romantic sunsets. Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan—with its cathedral, summer toboggan run, and spa museum—offer a variety of day trip destinations in the surrounding area.
The 3-km-long natural beach at Nienhagen and the picturesque cliffs are just a few minutes’ walk away. This Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the “Blue Flag” multiple times for its excellent water quality.

From Berlin: A19 → Rostock interchange → A20 towards Lübeck → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.


From Hamburg: A1 → A20 towards Rostock → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.
