The living/dining/bedroom (with satellite TV, DVD, CD/radio, and a double bed) is flooded with light thanks to a 6-meter-wide window front facing the rooftop terrace. The modern, new built-in kitchen is equipped with every convenience. The bathroom (with shower, tub, and toilet) features light-colored tile and includes a makeup mirror, hair dryer, and towels. Of course, the amenities also include beautiful bed linens.

The “Gateway to the North Sea” is located in Hilgenriedersiel, just a few minutes’ drive from Moll’s Huus, the only natural swimming spot on the East Frisian coast. Free from crowds and surrounded by salt marshes and a nature reserve, this is the perfect place to relax in peace. If it happens to be low tide, you can experience a natural wonder up close: the Wadden Sea—one of a kind. A guided mudflat hike, led by qualified guides to and from the islands as well as along the coast, is always a fantastic experience.From the Wadden Sea, a World Natural Heritage Site, to the parkland in Ammerland, a fascinating natural landscape stretches out before you. Nature trails, excursions, museums, wildlife viewing, and much more offer nature lovers the chance to experience East Frisia’s natural landscape up close.
Active adventures, culture for kids, animal parks, children’s playhouses, and much more await on the East Frisian peninsula—fun and games for the whole family! Wide-open spaces, flat countryside, and the coast—for cyclists, there’s hardly a more beautiful holiday region for biking. Whether you choose a day trip or a multi-day stage tour—you’re guaranteed to find the right route here! Possible tours include, for example, the coastal tour to Leybucht, the moor tour, or the main dike tour (Hage–Neßmersiel–Hage).
The open spaces of East Frisia also offer ideal conditions for a holiday with your dog. Here you’ll find places where dogs are welcome and where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday with your four-legged friend, whether on the islands or on the mainland. The health resort of Hage offers something for every palate. Many restaurants—both small and large—as well as snack bars and ice cream parlours invite you to take a break from cooking. There are plenty of shopping options (you’ll find everything you’re used to right here). The spa centre in the holiday park has plenty to offer even when the weather isn’t so nice. An indoor pool (water temperature 28 °C), water aerobics, a sauna, a solarium, and a medical bath and massage department. When the weather is nice, you can visit the outdoor pool, and the small gravel-bottomed swimming lake entices guests to sunbathe, jog, go Nordic walking, or simply take a stroll. Tennis enthusiasts and mini-golfers can also pursue their passions at the spa centre.
Events take place at the “Haus des Gastes,” and the restaurant there offers a variety of delicacies. The golf course at Lütetsburg Castle has been open since the summer of 2009. It’s only about 2 km away from “Moll’s Huus.” In Lütetsburg, you can also indulge in horseback riding. The Hage-Berum Holiday Park is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the idyllic harbour town of Greetsiel and to the charming and unique North Sea islands: Borkum, the westernmost and largest of the East Frisian Islands, can be reached from Emden. You can reach Juist, the most beautiful sandbank in the world, by ferry from Norddeich.
Norderney, a vibrant holiday destination, is also served by regular ferry service from Norddeich. The small, car-free island of Baltrum—charming and family-friendly—can be reached from the idyllic ferry port of Neßmersiel. Be sure to visit Langeoog, the most beautiful of the East Frisian islands, lapped by the deep-blue sea, from the port of Bensersiel. The small town of Neuharlingersiel is the departure point for the ferry to Spiekeroog—idyllic, car-free, and relaxing. The ferry connection to Wangerooge, offering peace and relaxation in the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park, can be found in Harlesiel.
