Lake House Bodensee – Boutique Holiday Apartment with Garden & 2 Bathrooms, Dog-Friendly

Our lovingly maintained boutique holiday apartment is located directly on the Lake Constance cycle path – only about 200 m from the lake and the first hiking trails. You will find two bedrooms (one is a walk-through room), two well-kept bathrooms (one en suite), a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with streaming TV, as well as a private garden with a large terrace.



Ideal for 1–6 people plus a baby (in a cot).



Included: Bed linen, towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, sustainable basic equipment – and up to 2 dogs free of charge (only on request).

Location: 1.3 km walking path to the centre of Allensbach. Busier in the mornings due to the road and cycle path, pleasantly quiet in the evenings. The garden is quietly situated, a railway line runs at the back of the property – this is often hardly noticed after a short time.

We rent to couples and families who appreciate a quiet, well-kept atmosphere and treat the apartment with care – just as we do ourselves. You book the apartment, not us. We live separately in the house, are available if needed, and keep a discreet presence.
