Imóvel simples mas muito bom

Ótima estadia, mas o “Proprietário” não é nada flexível, fato que incomoda muito na entrada e saída do imóvel. Já me hospedei com minha família aí em Cabo Frio em pelo menos 6 imóveis diferentes, e está foi a primeira vez que nos deparamos com tamanha falta de flexibilidade. (Fora este Fato foi ótima a estadia como sempre).

Eu e minha família passamos 4 dias no apartamento e não tivemos nenhum problema ... O apartamento e bem amplo e muito próximo ao mar e tem um super mercado e comércio bem próximo ... Excelente apto, perto de tudo, arejado, muito confortável e limpo. ... Ficamos 4 dias e foi maravilhoso, local simples e aconchegante.

O apartamento é bem arejado e tem tudo que é preciso de utensílios dentro da proposta paresentada, faz um pouco de barulho a noite(fim de semna), mas nada que desvalorize a condição de conforto e proximidade a praia e demais necessidades para o bem estar, proprietário tranquilo e transmite plena segurança. gostamos muito e pretendemos voltar mais vezes.

Apartamento amplo,arejado e muito bem localizado.Não há necessidade de automóvel para nada já que o mesmo fica perto da praia,feirinha de artesanatos, padaria,parquinho etc. O imóvel é muito bem cuidado, limpo e organizado. Com certeza recomendo e pretendo voltar outras vezes.Proprietário atencioso
