Imagine waking up in a newly furnished apartment that blends modern design with a touch of Black Forest charm. The apartment is located at the foot of the Black Forest – just a few minutes by car from the Mummelsee, the ski lifts, or the charming town center of Neusatz.

Start your day relaxed with a cup of coffee or tea from the wide selection available in the apartment. As you enjoy the first sip, you can explore more of the comfortable amenities.

Two comfortable king-size boxspring beds with hotel-quality bedding guarantee a restful sleep.

A separate living room with a sofa, bean bag, and large smart TV provides the perfect setting for a cozy evening.

For larger groups or families, the sofa bed offers space for up to 6 guests in total.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and everything you need to cook delicious meals.

A dining area for 6 people in the kitchen invites you to enjoy cozy, shared meals.

The new bathroom with a shower and a washer-dryer in the apartment adds extra comfort. Fresh towels, shower gel, and shampoo are also provided.

Wir waren zu 5 um in Sasbachwalden die Schnapswanderung zu machen.Der Aufenthalt war echt super und alles wie beschrieben. Es war sauber und alles vorhanden.Nur die eine oder andere Matratze hätte härter sein dürfen.

Wir haben uns etwas mehr von der Wohnung versprochen. Das 2. Schlafzimmer hatte keinen Kleiderschrank und es fehlte auch ein 2. Nachttisch. Zudem gab es keine Gardrobe um die Jacken aufzuhängen. Weil sie nass waren haben wir (4 Personen) alles provisorisch ins Bad gehängt. Im 1. Schlafzimmer war zwar ein Kleiderschrank aber defekt. Es musste eine Schiebetür entfernt werden und im Schrank befanden sich Putzmittel, Hocker und Kinderbett sowie Bettwaren. Die küche war sehr schön und funktionell eingerichtet. Vermisst haben wir eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Behälter für Butter, Zucker und Milch. Das Geschirr war sehr überschaulich. Allerdings Töpfe und Pfannen in sehr guten Zustand. Was wir vermisst haben waren Bedienungsanleitungen für die vorhandenen Geräte. Der Herd war auf Kindersicherung geschaltet und somit mussten wir in Web nachschauen wie diese deaktiviert wird. Das gilt auch für den Fernseher. Auch war es nicht ersichtlich dass sich in der Wohnung nur eine Toilette befand. Diese wurde als Gäste WC deklariert und es gab auch kein Handwaschbecken im WC. In der Beschreibung der Fewo stand auch dass es eine Terrasse gibt. Diese war laut Vermieter nicht vorhanden.

Neue und saubere Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie is ganz neu und entsprechend sieht alles gut aus. Auch wenn die Wohnung direkt an einer Straße liegt sind die Fenster sehr dicht, so dass man bei geschlossenem Fenster so gut wie nichts hört. Wir haben Ausflüge in den Schwarzwald und nach Baden-Baden unternommen.
