The house offers free street parking, a spacious private front patio, and a private garden with direct access to the communal pool at the back. Inside, the home is spread over two floors. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms and a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the ground floor, you will find a full bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, and a living-dining room. The double bedroom on the ground floor will remain locked and will be opened for bookings of more than 6 guests, available for an extra fee.



Additional amenities include a self check-in system, Wi-Fi, a 55" flat-screen TV with internet access, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine.



Just a 5-minute drive away, you will find supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. Torre del Puerco beach is a 10-minute drive.

El apartamento es maravilloso, comodo y muy bien equipado. No le falta detalle. Tiene dos patios o terrazas muy chulos El salón es muy grande y el sofá es comodísimo. Desde el patio trasero tiene acceso directo a la piscina de la urbanización. El aire acondicionado funciona de lujo. El propietario se deshace en atenciones. Hemos estado mejor que en casa!
