Apartment 'Federleicht' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

2 new apartments have been created on our farm - in the middle of St. Martin in Passeier in the heart of South Tyrol. Cows, free-range chickens and warm hosts with great enthusiasm for what they do live here at 600m.

True hospitality thrives on attention to detail.

Our style is rural and modern at the same time, but above all it is our very own, natural and sustainable materials ensure a good and cozy atmosphere in the house.

On our farm you can get delicious fresh milk and free-range eggs from our hard-working animals.

From the apartments you can reach the village and the bus stop in just a few minutes on foot. The beautiful spa town of Merano is not far away for a trip to the most beautiful gardens in Europe and to follow in the footsteps of Sissi.

At Feldbauer Apartments in St. Martin in Passeier, you can enjoy shared amenities such as covered terraces. In the Federleicht apartment, a private sauna on the terrace is at your disposal, as well as a charging station for electric cars, a garage for your car, and a lockable bike garage.



The property is just a short walk from the village center, where you’ll find bars, a pizzeria, and restaurants serving traditional South Tyrolean cuisine. There’s a public swimming pool with a children’s pool in town. Public transport is within walking distance. A tennis court is also just a few minutes away. In summer, Passeiertal offers alpine pastures and hiking trails.

Federleichte Urlaubstage

Pros: Irene hat uns mit ihrer außerordentlichen Herzlichkeit begrüßt und uns direkt zur einzigartigen Ferienwohnung „Federleicht“ geführt. Vom ersten Moment an, fühlt man sich wie Zuhause. Die Wohnung ist wirklich eine Wohlfühloase - Sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit vielen Details, ruhig, toller Ausblick und das Highlight ist definitiv die Sauna auf dem sehr großzügigen Balkon. Wir durften als Willkommensgeschenk die frischen Eier genießen und haben natürlich auch die Gelegenheit genutzt, frische Milch zu kosten. Zudem ist es eine hervorragende Ausgangslage für Wanderungen und Unternehmungen. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt und kommen sicher wieder!

Wunderschöne, liebevoll gestaltete Ferienwohnung

Pros: Hochwertige Ausstattung, gemütlich, stilvoll und modern. Hofeigene Produkte (Eier, Milch). Sehr herzliche Betreuung vor Ort. Tolle Lage (nah am Ort, Fahrradweg nach Meran, viele Almen, Freibad im Ort). Mit dem Südtirol Guest Pass können unter anderem auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel kostenlos genutzt. Eine tolle Ferienwohnung, die ihren Preis wert ist.

Pros: Vom Erstkontakt über den checkin und den gesamten Aufenthalt gab es eine vorbildliche Kommunikation mit den sehr aufmerksamen Gastgebern. Die Lage des Apartments, das Panorama, die Ausstattung waren einfach hervorragend. Wir können es ohne Einschränkung empfehlen.
