Our rustic-style wooden house offers a cosy atmosphere in its 50 square metres and is idyllically located on a cul-de-sac right on the water. Enjoy the magnificent view of the marina from the covered porch, which is furnished with outdoor furniture and invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors.

The property extends right up to the water and features its own boat dock, giving you direct access to the water. A rowing boat and a Canadian canoe are available for you to explore the surrounding area. The privacy hedges separating the property from neighbouring lots ensure privacy and an undisturbed holiday experience.

Two parking spaces provide ample room for your vehicles. Pets are not permitted in this holiday home to ensure a clean and allergen-free environment for all guests.

Electricity is billed based on consumption according to the metre reading at a rate of 0.50 euros per kWh.

This charming wooden house is the perfect place for anyone seeking peace and quiet and a connection to nature without sacrificing comfort.

Note: Starting April 1, 2026, the municipality of Südbrookmerland will charge a 3% lodging tax on the total price. This amount is to be paid directly to the rental owner.



Möwe Holiday Home:

This cosy holiday home features a comfortable living area with an inviting three-seater sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, and a pine wardrobe with a safe. For entertainment, there is a satellite TV, a radio, and a DVD player. A small electric fireplace provides cosy warmth, supplemented by additional heaters. The adjoining dining area, with four chairs and an extendable table, is perfect for sharing meals together.

The house has two bedrooms: One room is furnished with two single beds, a nightstand, and a radio, while the second room features a practical bunk bed with a nightstand.

In the well-equipped built-in kitchen, you’ll find an electric stove with an oven, a sink, a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. In addition, all necessary kitchen utensils—such as pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware—are provided.

The separate laundry room features a storage cabinet and a sink, while the toilet and shower are located in a separate area.

Outside, the covered porch, furnished with a table, garden chairs, a 3-seater wooden bench, and four comfortable lounge chairs, invites you to relax. Here you can enjoy cosy moments outdoors.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
