Magnificent house built with demolition material of ancient farms from Minas, located in an upscale area in Ilha Bela, Engenho D´Agua II. Near the city center, a bit farther than 1 km from the Main Square in the city center and near the beach. Around 450 m of built area. The main house has: 3 Suites. One of the suites has around 80m2 and private balcony with spectacular view of the beach and of Engenho Farm, including Baepi hill. More 2 bedrooms, 3 spacious living rooms (one with fireplace), double height ceiling. American kitchen connected with the living rooms. Toilet, big larder, laundry room, caretaker´s apartment, barbecue grill and wood stove. Beautiful gardens inside and outside make the house a pleasant and comfortable place. Big deck which has, besides a breathtaking view of São Sebastião´s canal, an ofuro for up to 8 people with 6 taps for massage and color therapy.
