The estate with the holiday home is located in Liebenfels in the heart of Carinthia, the sunniest province of Austria. Surrounded by beautiful nature and diverse cycling, hiking, and horseback riding trails, it is a perfect location for an active vacation. Within 30 minutes, you can reach the lively city of Klagenfurt, the famous Wörthersee, and even Italy.

For winter enthusiasts, the Simonhöhe/St. Urban ski area is an excellent choice: within less than a 15-minute drive, you will find 15 km of slopes and 7 lifts, ideal for families and skiers of all levels. Other larger ski resorts, such as Bad Kleinkirchheim (103 km of slopes) and Gerlitzen Alpe (52 km of slopes), are less than an hour's drive away.

In the summer, adventure beckons: hiking, cycling, or swimming in idyllic lakes such as Kraigersee, Urbansee, Goggausee, Zmulner See, and Längsee. The Wörthersee and Ossiacher See are only 15-30 km away, and for a necessary cool down, there is also a public swimming pool in Sankt Veit an der Glan.
