Discover this charming 220 m² villa with swimming pool in the commune of La Trinité sur mer, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers.
Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet hamlet, it features an attractive living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, large bedrooms, three bathrooms (one with bath) and a well-treed garden.
Linen (sheets/towels/towels) is not provided, but is available on request from the concierge. A cot can be provided free of charge on request from the concierge.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 60 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area and direct access to the terrace and garden.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160×200), one with a crib
- Two bedrooms with two single beds
- One bedroom with sofa bed and private shower
- Three bathrooms with shower and one with bathtub
- Three separate WCs
Exterior :
- A fenced swimming pool (unheated).
- A garden to enjoy the sunny days.
- Garden furniture and outdoor dining table
The villa is ideally located in La Trinite sur mer, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.
