In the heart of Megève village, in the "Le Régina" chalet just steps from the 5-star "Le Fer à Cheval" hotel, this charming Savoyard-style 3-room apartment welcomes you on the 3rd floor with elevator access. Park your car in the private garage and enjoy exploring the entire village on foot.



The spacious living room with corner sofa opens onto a 10 m² balcony offering a 180° view: from Megève’s bell tower to the peaks of Varens, Jaillet, and Christomet, all bathed in sunlight.



The apartment features 2 separate bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 bunk beds) for 4 guests, with bed linen and towels provided. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a washing machine. Separate WC.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, large fridge, and freezer compartment. A ski locker, Wi-Fi, internet TV, and heating add to your comfort. Final cleaning is included.
