Our holiday apartment is located in the heart of Menzenschwand, surrounded by flower-filled meadows and the gently flowing Alb river, which runs from Feldberg to the Rhine. The apartment is on the garden level and offers direct access to a sunny, covered south/west terrace. From here, you enjoy an open view of the beautiful forests, meadows, and mountains—a true delight for body, mind, and soul.



The accommodation is ideal for two people. Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away. A parking space is available on the property. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted.



We support you in proper waste separation. Further information will be provided on site. The apartment also features energy- and water-saving facilities.

Tolle ruhige Lage

Pros: Wer die Ruhe und Natur sucht, findet es hier. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche lässt keinen Wunsch offen, bis hin zum Mixer und Pürierstab ist alles vorhanden. Zu Wissen und zu beachten ist, dass 32 Stufen zur Wohnung führen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht

Pros: Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite , warmherzige Vermieterin. Traumhafte Aussicht. Sehr ruhige Lage. Perfekte Ausstattung der Küche und der gesamten Wohnung , es hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Herrliche Wandermöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Urige Schwarzwald Gaststätte in fußläufiger Entfernung. Ein Schwarzwalddorf wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Ein wirklicher Traumurlaub ! Cons: mir hat alles gefallen !

Tolle Lage und sehr nette Gastgeber.

Pros: Schönes praktisches Bad, komplette Küche, schönes Wohnzimmer mit Terrasse und wunderschöne Aussicht. Das Bett hat eine sehr gute Matratze. Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Gastronomie ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Tal ist prima zum Wandern. Cons: Das Haus hat Hanglage und man muss 2 Etagen runter. Die ruhige und schöne Wohnung macht das locker wieder wett.

Compleet en schoon appartement op een mooie locatie

Pros: Het fijne terras met ligstoelen. Alles was superschoon en niets ontbrak. Cons: Het bouwproject naast het appartement was even schrikken maar viel uiteindelijk heel erg mee qua geluidsoverlast.
