Die Adresse unseres Wohnparks in 50127 Bergheim ist korrekt in der Anzeige hinterlegt. Aufgrund der existierenden, ähnlich klingenden Postleitzahl
kam es offenbar zu einer Verwechslung und Sie haben mir telefonisch mitgeteilt, dass Sie eine falsche Postleizahl ins Navi eingeben haben.
Der Schlüssel wird bei Anreise persönlich übergeben, diese Vorgehensweise hat sich bisher bewährt und wurde von allen anderen Gästen problemlos akzeptiert.
Zwei Tage vor Ihrer Anreise haben wir Ihnen eine größere Dreizimmerwohnung angeboten, da die ursprünglich gebuchte Zweizimmerwohnung
von anderen Gästen verlängert wurde. Sie haben diesem Angebot dankend zugestimmt. Das Upgrade erfolgte selbstverständlich zum gleichen Preis wie ursprünglich vereinbart. Ziel war es, Ihren Aufenthalt angenehmer zu gestalten, insbesondere mit Kindern in einer größeren Wohnung.
Unsere Wohnungen werden nach jedem Aufenthalt gründlich gereinigt. Sollten während des Aufenthaltes einmal Mängel auftreten, stehen wir jederzeit für eine schnelle Nachreinigung zur Verfügung. Leider haben wir während Ihres Aufenthaltes keine Rückmeldung erhalten, daher konnten wir keine eventuellen Probleme direkt beheben.
Bezüglich Tiefgarage möchten wir klarstellen, dass das Apartment über das Treppenhaus erreichbar ist, ein direkter Zugang von der Tiefgarage ins Treppenhaus wird in unserer Anzeige nicht versprochen.

Saubere, schöne Wohnung im in die Jahre gekommenen Wohnblock
Die Wohnung selbst ist sauber gewesen und schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Check In und Check Out haben problemlos funktioniert.Der Wohnblock in dem sich die Wohnung befindet ist schon älter und hat dagegen einen eher ungepflegten Eindruck hinterlassen.Die Verfügbarkeit des Tiefgaragenparkplatzes ist super, da abends in der näheren Umgebung Parkplätze Mangelware sind.Unser Fazit: Wer Tagesausflüge in die weitere Umgebung plant, ist mit dieser Wohnung gut beraten.

Der erste Eindruck vom Außenbereich war etwas ernüchternd: Müll auf den Treppen von der Tiefgarage, ein ungepflegtes Treppenhaus und ein Parkplatz mit Sperrmüll und Autos, an denen gebastelt wurde – das wirkte leider wenig einladend.Doch sobald man die Wohnung betritt, ist es, als würde man in eine ganz andere Welt eintauchen: modern, sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und richtig gemütlich. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.Das sichere Parken in der Tiefgarage war ein Pluspunkt.Ein Tipp an den Vermieter: Mit regelmäßiger Kontrolle des Außenbereichs, z. B. durch einen Hausmeister, würde der Gesamteindruck perfekt werden.Wir würden bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in der Gegend auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung wirklich wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist leider nicht so toll, aber nicht davon abschreckend lassen. Für ein Auto ist ein Platz in der abgeschlossenen Tiefgarage reserviert.
