Super Unterkunft mit toller Gastgeberin

Die Unterkunft ist im Gesamten als sehr Empfehlenswert klar zu benennen. Es war alles sauber und die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist Super und uns hat soweit alles sehr Gut gefallen. Einzig als kleinen Abstrich haben wir aus unserer Sichtweise heraus anzubringen, dass während unserer Anwesenheit im Souterrain ständig Gäste mit zugegen waren, wie auch in der Eigentümerwohnung, was uns so vorab nicht klar bekannt war. Das hatte uns etwas gestört wie das auch fremde Personen den tollen Meereszugang mit nutzen konnten/ durften. Dieses ist jedoch rein unsere Sichtweise und bitte nicht als Gesamtabstrich auf diese tolle Ferienimmobilie zu sehen. Wir mögen es halt anders. Danke Andrea für die schöne Zeit bei euch!

Sehr schönes Haus und tolles Meer!

Es hat alles gepasst! Auto ist aus unserer Sicht notwendig. Kleiner Wermutstropfen: Straße oberhalb des Hauses, der Verkehr auf der Terrasse doch deutlich zu hören. Dafür sind die Schlafzimmer sehr ruhig, nur das Meer zu hören und zu sehen! Der Liegeplatz mit eigenen Liegen direkt am Wasser ist phantastisch.

Sehr schöne Location

Die Vermieter und Betreuer vor Ort sind sehr nett und beantworten alle Fragen. Das Haus mit mehreren Zimmern und Wohnungen liegt an einem terrassenförmigen Hang und hat von jedem Stock einen schönen Blick aufs Meer bzw. die keilförmig zulaufende Bucht. Der Badesteg ist eine Besonderheit und bietet auch Privatsphäre. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Great place in Croatia

Very nice appartments, well equiped. Stunning view, quiet street. The private beach is great. The host is really attentive and responsive. The access is somewhat challenging due to the narrow & crooked road, but things are done quietly. The top road can make a bit of noise when using terraces. A nearby place for a drink (Noa bar) also has to be discovered.

Tolles Urlaubserlebnis

Tolle Unterkunft mit Allem was man braucht! Wenn was nicht da war oder geklappt hat, konnte man mit der Vermieterin vor Ort alles klären und eine Lösung gefunden. Von der Klimaanlage die schon eingeschaltet war beim einchecken, bis hin zu Kleinigekeiten, alles tolle gelaufen. Völlig unkomplizierter Checkout!! Top. Ich bin mir nicht sicher ob es am FeWo-Portal liegt oder ob man es evtl. besser beschreiben könnte, welche Räume, Bilder zu was gehören, wenn man nicht komplett alles bucht könnte ein wenig besser sein, aber nur deswegen nur 4 Sterne bei der Genauigkeit. Es war ansonsten wirklich Alles gut! Vom Zugang zum Strand mit eigener Strand-Dusche und Strand-Liegen bis hin zu der Ausstattung wirklich toll!

Pfingsturlaub

Wir (2 Erw., 2 Kinder 17 u 18 J. und unser Hund (Goldi)) haben einen wirklich tollen Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht. Es war alles wie in der Beschreibung angegeben bzw. sogar besser. Hervorheben möchte ich die umfassende Ausstattung der Küchen. Andrea und Neno versorgten uns mit zahlreichen Tipps für Restaurants bzw. Ausflugszielen und waren für alle Fragen offen und immer ansprechbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen. Für uns war das größte Highlight: die Nähe zum Meer, man geht einfach aus den Grundstückstor über die schmale Anliegerstrasse und ist schon am Strand.

Wundervolles Haus in grandioser Lage

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Küchen (1 kleine und eine große) sind top ausgestattet. Das Meer ist nur einige Stufen entfernt mit eigenem Strandabschnitt, Liegen und einem Steg zum reinspringen. Man kann auch über eine Leiter oder über Stufen mit Handlauf ins Wasser. Die vorbeiführende kleine Straße stört überhaupt nicht, da es nur eine kleine Anliegerstraße ist. Dort kommt täglich ein Bäckerwagen vorbei und 2x pro Woche ein TK- Lieferant bei dem man z.B. Eis kaufen kann. Die Vermieter sind super nett! Vielen Dank für alles. Wir sind wunderbar erholt!

Mooi appartement met veel privacy

Mooi appartement voor 6 personen met veel privacy en 2 fijne terrassen. 1 slaapkamer beschikt over 2 losse bedden die niet bij elkaar geschoven kunnen worden. prachtige baai op loopafstand van Grebastica (1 uurtje lopen langs de zee).
