The vacation apartment is approx. 65 square meters in size, modernly furnished and is located on the ground floor of a detached house.

The apartment in Obervolkach is barrier-free and has its own lockable entrance. A parking space for one car in the yard on the property is available.

W-Lan is available in the entire apartment.

Floor coverings: Tiles and laminate.

In the hallway in front of the apartment there is space for two bicycles, charging of e-bikes is possible.

The garden with poplar view (table, benches, charcoal grill) is right next to the house.

Look forward to the very quiet location with a view of the poplars and meadows! Children are sure to love the nearby children's playground.

There are plenty of shops, restaurants, hairdressers, doctors' surgeries etc. in Volkach.



Living room: pull-out sofa bed (sleeping area 1.4 x 2m), Smart TV (HD), dining table with 4 chairs, sideboard.

Bedroom: double bed (1.8 x 2m) with 2 bedside cabinets, large closet, bed linen is fully provided.

Bathroom - daylight bathroom with toilet: spacious shower (with low rim 13.5 cm), cupboard with large storage space, towels and toilet paper are provided.

Kitchen - fully equipped kitchen with small dining area: stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, kitchen towels, coffee, tea, spices, dishwasher tabs, washing-up liquid and kitchen roll, aluminum foil, baking paper are available.
