Located in Val Cenis, in the village of Sardières, a quiet and authentic small hamlet, it features high-quality equipment with 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The site offers splendid panoramas.



The residence is at the foot of cross-country ski and snowshoe trails, as well as hiking and mountain bike routes. Alpine skiing is accessible 4 km away (Aussois area) or 5 km away (Val Cenis area). Many activities are available on site in both summer and winter. The Vanoise National Park is just 1 km away.



"Près du Mélèze" consists of two connected apartments:
