The holiday home offers an excellent location in Unteruhldingen for a relaxing holiday at Lake Constance. With only a few metres to the shore, you can easily reach the beautiful lakeside promenade, the harbour and the lido on foot. The famous pile dwellings are also within a short distance, so you can explore the cultural highlights of the region. Here you can unwind and enjoy the picturesque view of Lake Constance.



In the surrounding area you will find a variety of dining options, including restaurants, fish restaurants, an ice cream parlour and several cosy small venues offering delicious specialities. The connection to the area is also optimal, as the Seelinien buses can be reached in about five minutes on foot. For your daily needs, a bakery and a grocery shop are available about 600 metres away.



Overall, this is the perfect place for a restful holiday where you can enjoy both nature and the amenities of the area. The local tourist tax must be paid on site. Departure should be by 10 a.m. A later checkout until 12 p.m. is possible on request and for an extra fee. A second parking space can also be provided on request and for an additional charge.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage.

Pros: Zur Bushaltestelle war es nur ca. 400m. Der Bus kommt alle 15 Minuten. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Die Frau Herzog ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig zu erreichen und man hat eine schöne Terrasse mit Tisch und Liegen. Es war sehr ruhig im Haus. Autos fahren hier auch nicht viele vorbei in der früh. Für unsere Fahrräder war ein überdachter Carport der rundum geschlossen ist bis auf eine seitliche Öffnung vorhanden. Ein Fahrradständer ist auch vorhanden. Wir haben unsere Räder mit einem Schloss gesichert und die Akkus in die Wohnung mitgenommen. Ideal um Radtouren zu machen oder mit dem Bus/Bahn den Bodensee zu erkunden.
