Single-family house "Cosy Home D&D", 3 storeys, renovated in 2025. 1.5 km from the centre of Brod Moravice, in a sunny, elevated position, 70 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 1'600 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (above ground) round (depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. and 15.Sep.). Barbecue. In the house: internet access, hot tub (extra). Infrared sauna, spa area (extra), central heating system. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1.6 km, supermarket 26 km, restaurant 20 km, bus stop 3 km. Nearby attractions: NP Risnjak 40 km, Zeleni vir 16 km, Kamačnik 20 km. Please note: suitable for families. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. It is necessary to announce the heating of the hot tub in advance.
