The living room offers a comfortable seating area with a sofa bed for two additional guests and has direct access to a spacious terrace where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. The ground floor also has two large bedrooms of 22 m² each, both featuring a comfortable double bed (180 cm), an extra bed (100 cm), and ample storage space. Additionally, there is a modern bathroom, a separate toilet, and a convenient ski room/bike storage.



• Attic studio (32 m²): This cozy studio accommodates 3 people and is perfect for a small group. It features a luxurious 180 cm beechwood bed and a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The studio comes with a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven and a dining table. The bathroom includes a bath, shower, and toilet – everything you need for comfort after a day of adventure in nature.



• Attic apartment (50 m²): This spacious apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, both with access to a balcony where you can enjoy the view. The first bedroom has a double bed and a sofa, while the second bedroom is for 2 people and also offers a TV for extra relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a dining table for four people.



The property also boasts a beautiful garden with an outdoor fireplace, which can also be used as a barbecue, allowing you to dine outside under the stars in the evening. There is a playground for children and ample parking for up to 6 cars.
