Apartment 'Am Hochufer - Erste Reihe' with Sea View, Balcony and Wi-Fi

The apartment is located directly on the high shore in the immediate vicinity of the pier and thus in the very first row on the beautiful beach of Sellin! It is a very central and quiet location with a view over the Baltic Sea to the chalk cliffs.



The FEWO (completion 2007) has approx. 57 square meters of living space (granite floors), including 2 balconies, one to the NE with a view through the trees to the Baltic Sea and an "afternoon balcony" with "sun full" from SW. From our underground parking space you can take the elevator to the 1st floor to the comfort vacation apartment with upscale furnishings. A small hallway, from which you can reach the bedroom and the shower room, leads into the combined living/dining room with a fitted kitchen. The apartment is suitable for 2, maximum 3 persons. It is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not permitted.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Pros: Gute Lage und der Meerblick war super! Die Nähe zum Strand/Seebrücke war ebenfalls top Alle waren sehr freundlich. Cons: Die Sauberkeit in der Küche und auf dem Balkon war nicht so gut.
