**Welcome**
Welcome to the Seestern holiday rental, KÜSTE33/23—your getaway by the North Sea! **Living & Relaxing**
The open living area is cosy and stylishly furnished. On the large sofa, you can get comfortable with a book or enjoy the smart TV. The adjacent dining area is perfect for breakfast together or a game night. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny balcony with a view of the greenery.

**Sleeping**
Two bedrooms accommodate up to four people. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm)—perfect for families or friends.

**Wellness Bathroom**
The modern, naturally lit bathroom features a large shower, a sauna, a sink, a mirror, and a toilet. Thanks to the heated floors, it stays pleasantly warm even on cool days.

Eine sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Ausstattung ist top genauso wie die Lage. Kurze Wege zum Bäcker, Restaurants und zum Deich. Fliegengitter in den Schlafräumen und an der Terassentür wären vielleicht noch angebracht. Alle benötigten Informationen kamen umfangreich und rechtzeitig und so stand einem entspannten Urlaub nichts im Wege. Ein kleiner Ort um sich wunderbar ein paar Tage Seeluft um die Nase wehen zu lassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon im nächsten Jahr wieder so eine schöne Wohnug über „Deine Ferien.de“ zu buchen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, auch dass der Parkplatz quasi direkt vor der Tür ist. Die Wohnung ist auch hübsch eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche war super. Ich fand es sehr nett, dass wir das Babybett und den Hochstuhl kostenfrei dazu bekommen haben. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt in der Wohnung mit ständigem Kampf um den Relaxsessel
