It’s a very cozy apartment. The accommodation includes a master bedroom with a 150 cm bed and TV, a second bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a living room with a sofa, a recliner, a 60-inch TV, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, ceramic hob, blender, toaster, and kitchenware. There's also a bathroom with a shower tray and a terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the pool, as well as a beach umbrella, cooler bag, and beach chair.



Air conditioning (hot/cold) is available throughout the apartment via ducted system.



We also offer a free parking space.



The building is small and very peaceful, featuring a swimming pool with a shallow area for children and a garden with grass for sun loungers.



The apartment is located at Muchavista Beach, in the municipality of El Campello. The beach stretches for 6 km and includes both San Juan and Muchavista beaches. The apartment is situated right in the middle of the beach. It’s a very quiet area, ideal for families and relaxation, though it's also close to terraces, restaurants, golf, attractions, and public parks with gardens, lakes, and paths for walking and cycling. The beach has been awarded the Blue Flag and ISO certifications for cleanliness, environmental care, and water quality.



Just 100 meters away is the Carabiners tram stop, with connections to Alicante (15 minutes), Benidorm, etc. There is also a bus stop 30 meters away (Parque Juan de la Cierva), with service from the train/AVE station via lines 21 and 21N. A large supermarket (Consum) is 100 meters away, along with a fishmonger, takeaway food shop, churros and chocolate stand, ice cream parlor, pharmacy, several restaurants, and more.
