Our exclusive holiday apartment is located on the second floor beneath the cozy attic. The high ceiling gives the spacious 3-room apartment (for 2–4 guests) a unique, airy atmosphere. The apartment features two bedrooms with box-spring beds and TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with smart TV and wood-burning stove, a bathroom with shower, and a guest WC.



Lovingly decorated in warm colors and equipped with high-quality comforts, this is a place to feel at home. Enjoy the sunny southwest-facing loggia and the in-house wellness area with three different saunas, a Kneipp pool, and a beautiful relaxation zone.



A true dream apartment—perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay! After parking in the underground garage, your holiday can begin. Well-behaved dogs are welcome on request. Smoking and parties are not allowed. A secure storage room for bicycles is available in the underground garage.

Pros: Eine wunderschöne Wohnung, in der wirklich alles vorhanden ist. Nespressomaschine und Milchaufschäumer beispielsweise, in jedem Zimmer hochwertige Flachbildfernseher und zig liebevolle Details. Es ist deutlich zu spüren, dass die Eigentümerin hier mit Herzblut eingerichtet hat. Wenn die Nachmittagssonne über die wind- und sichtgeschützte Loggia in die Wohnung scheint, möchte man nirgendwo anders sein. Außer vielleicht abends unten in der Sauna. Die Lage des Hauses ist mittendrin, 500m zum Strand und nur ein paar Schritte um das Haus herum in das Zentrum mit allen Geschäften, Restaurants etc., für mich hätte nichts besser sein können. Folgen Sie unbedingt den Tipps von Frau Schäfer :-)
