The 5-star Villa Hoyerberg Allgäu holiday rental is very tastefully and modernly furnished. Spanning 60 square metres, this cosy apartment offers high-quality comfort for a relaxing stay in Lindau on Lake Constance.

The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, features a dining table for two people and access to the garden. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction cooktop, range hood, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso and coffee makers, toaster, and electric kettle, as well as plenty of dishes. Right next door is the spacious living room. The living room features a TV, a Blu-ray DVD player, and a Bluetooth speaker for your personal music streaming services. You can also step directly onto the sun terrace and into the apartment’s garden area through the living room’s patio doors.

The Villa Hoyerberg Allgäu holiday rental features one bedroom, a reading/relaxation area, and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom is located on the upper floor and is furnished with a double bed, a desk, and a spacious closet. The high-quality oak hardwood floors in the living room, bedroom, and relaxation area create a particularly cosy atmosphere. The bathroom, hallway, and kitchen are tiled. A storage closet provides space for everything else.

Guests staying at Villa Hoyerberg have access to a shared washing machine and dryer in the basement of the main house. There is a parking space right next to the house. There is also storage space for bicycles.

The holiday rental is suitable for people with allergies and is a non-smoking unit. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request.

Amenities for a completely carefree stay:
Upon your arrival, you’ll find freshly made beds, carefully laid out hand towels, shower towels, and tea towels, as well as a starter kit with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene supplies. Final cleaning, bed linens, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional sets of towels can be booked at any time as needed.

Important Notes:
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. Check-in and check-out are available seven days a week, and thanks to the key safe on site, even a late arrival is no problem.
The staircase connecting the bedroom to the living area with bathroom is only suitable for children and older adults to a limited extent.

We would like to point out in advance that the apartment will be inspected before your arrival and after your departure. The apartment must be left swept and clean, and we explicitly note that this is a non-smoking property. Violations may result in additional charges for final cleaning (see Terms and Conditions).
