Tolle Wohnung, strandnah mit Blick auf die schöne Ostsee. Wirklich verbesserungsbedürftig sind die Tiefgaragenplätze, mittlerweile kommen wir mit Bulli, dieser ist aber zu hoch für das Parkhaus im Berolia ( einfahrthöhe 1,85) wäre schön, wenn man dann auf einen Stellplatz ausweichen könnte
