This apartment is ready and waiting for you! Welcome to this approximately 37 m² one-room holiday apartment with a balcony. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the Berolina apartment complex and is suitable for up to 2 people.

The combined living room and bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2x 80x200 cm), a sofa, an armchair, and a TV. You can store your holiday clothes in the large closet. In an alcove next to the bed, there is a small reading nook with a view of the greenery. Adjacent to the living area is an open, well-equipped kitchen with a kitchen bar that seats two. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. From the balcony, you can enjoy the stunning view of the fields and meadows as well as beautiful sunsets. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

Please understand that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed here.
