You can easily reach this 2-room holiday apartment on the 7th floor of the Berolina apartment complex by lift. Step into this approximately 46 m² holiday home with a balcony, accommodating up to 4 people. You’ll find a combined living and sleeping area with a flat-screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a bathroom with a bathtub. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the meadows and fields. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

During the season, from approximately May through September, a seasonal beach chair is available to you on the beach, depending on seasonal weather conditions.

Would you like to bring your dog on holiday? Two dogs are allowed to stay here for an additional fee.
