This bright and cosy holiday apartment with a balcony is located on the 3rd floor of the Berolina apartment complex and, with an area of approximately 37 m², is suitable for up to 3 people. The apartment is easily accessible by lift.

This apartment features a combined living and sleeping area equipped with a double bed (160x200 cm), a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm), and a TV. In a windowed alcove, there is a dining table with enough space for 3 people. The separate kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and oven, is well-appointed. The kitchen is separated from the living area by an open kitchen counter. The interior bathroom features a bathtub. The furnished, spacious balcony is accessible from the living area and completes this apartment with a stunning view of the countryside.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and the countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

Would you like to bring your dog on holiday? One dog is welcome to stay with you for an additional fee.
