This cosy two-room apartment has a living area of approximately 40 m² and offers plenty of space for up to 3 people. The interior is stylishly and modernly designed, with space used thoughtfully.

The open-concept living area is furnished with a high-quality sleeper sofa (sleeping surface 140x200 cm), a coffee table, a sideboard with a large flat-screen TV, and a cleverly integrated kitchenette with a counter-style dining area for up to 3 people. You won’t have to go without anything on holiday—the dishwasher takes care of the dishes, and a Senseo coffee maker brews delicious coffee. Direct access leads to the furnished balcony with its own beach chair facing southwest—perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning with the fresh Baltic Sea air!

The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (140x200 cm), a nightstand, and a chest of drawers. In the bedroom, blinds provide good light control, and the living area can also be easily darkened for a good night’s sleep using the blinds on the balcony window as well as an opaque pleated shade on the slanted skylight window. The bright bathroom features a floor-to-ceiling shower, a toilet, a convenient heated towel rack, and a washing machine to keep your laundry fresh even while on holiday.

A private parking space right next to the house is, of course, included. You can park your bicycles securely in the complex’s bicycle storage room. In the garden, all guests of the Bornhausen Beach House can share a barbecue area and two beach chairs. This accommodation offers free Wi-Fi, and a high chair is also available.

The rental price is for up to 2 people; additional guests will be charged an extra fee per night.
