Your holiday home on the 8th floor of the Berolina building is suitable for up to 4 people:
- Living room/bedroom with a cosy chaise longue, sofa, TV
, and direct access to the furnished balcony with an electric awning
- A sleeping area separated from the living room with a double bed (single mattress, 180x200 cm) and a closet
- Blackout shades for the living room and bedroom with an electric exterior roller blind
- Separate bedroom with bunk beds (2x80x200 cm), closet, and TV
- Fully equipped open kitchen integrated into the living room with an induction stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher,
refrigerator with freezer compartment, dining area with table and chairs
- Modern, elegant bathroom with large rain shower (80x100 cm)


Swim in the on-site swimming pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool, for the exclusive use of guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis (please bring your own paddles), test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...

Relaxation begins the moment you arrive: Park your car in the building’s underground garage and easily reach your apartment by lift.

On floors 1 through 4, there are coin-operated washing machines and dryers for shared use.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) on each of floors 1–4. The accommodation includes one parking space in the underground garage (185 cm clearance height).

IMPORTANT – Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
