The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and toilet.

Guests have access to a communal indoor swimming pool. There are shared laundry facilities with washers and dryers on each floor in House D, available for a fee. Additionally, there is a bicycle storage area in the basement. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is restricted to the balcony.
