A combined living/dining room with a cleverly integrated kitchenette awaits you. From here, there is direct access to the balcony, which offers a seasonal, side view of the Baltic Sea in the distance. In the living room, a comfortable sleeper sofa (145x195 cm) and a modern flat-screen TV provide cosiness and entertainment even on rainy days. The kitchen is well-equipped and perfect for social cooking evenings. The separate bedroom features a cosy double bed (2x 80x200 cm) for sweet dreams and a relaxing sleep-in after long walks on the beach. The shower room is equipped with everything you need for daily personal hygiene (toilet, sink, mirror, shower, hair dryer). The entryway/hallway area features additional built-in closets with plenty of storage space. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi access.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you right next to the building. There is an lift in the building. For general use, there is a table tennis room, a bicycle storage room, a sun deck, a tennis court, and a children’s playground. A sauna is available for shared use (for a fee). There is also a laundry room with washing machines and a drying room.
