The spacious living and dining area features a large sofa arrangement with a flat-screen TV, a country-style display cabinet, and a solid-wood dining table with cosy wicker armchairs. The floor-to-ceiling windows ensure plenty of natural light at all times. The beautiful, fully equipped country-style kitchen with many extras opens directly onto the living area; for coffee lovers, there’s even a Nespresso machine. In the modern bathroom with a window, you’ll find a walk-in shower with natural stone flooring (120x120 cm), a toilet, a sink, and plenty of storage space. Other highlights, such as a heated towel rack and an illuminated mirror, are also available. Both bedrooms are furnished with a high-quality double bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. For younger guests, the following items are included as standard: a bath stool, a toilet seat, a high chair, a travel cot, and children’s cutlery and dishes. A selection of children’s games and books is also available.

The apartment is equipped with a heat recovery system, and the triple-pane windows, combined with the whole-floor underfloor heating powered by the pellet heating system, contribute to a perfect living environment. Furthermore, the entire apartment is equipped with energy-saving LED lighting, ensuring that the power generated by the solar panels is sufficient.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. A bicycle storage room is provided for any bicycles you bring with you. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. A wooden handcart is also available for guests.
